Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of dental tourism services (“Services”) by Indian Dental Retreat, operating outbound from Australia to India (“Service Provider”). By booking and/or utilizing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Scope of Services:
a. The Services provided by the Service Provider include facilitating dental treatments, coordinating travel arrangements, and assisting with accommodation bookings for clients seeking dental care in India.
b. The Service Provider acts solely as a facilitator and intermediary between clients and dental clinics/hospitals in India.
2. Client Responsibilities:
a. Clients are responsible for providing accurate medical history and disclosing any pre-existing medical conditions or allergies that may impact dental treatment.
b. Clients must comply with all travel requirements, including obtaining necessary visas, passports, and travel insurance.
3. Dental Treatment:
a. The Service Provider does not provide dental treatment directly but facilitates arrangements with accredited dental clinics/hospitals in India.
b. Clients are solely responsible for selecting the dental clinic/hospital and consenting to the proposed treatment plan.
c. The Service Provider does not guarantee the outcome of dental procedures or the quality of services provided by dental clinics/hospitals in India.
4. Travel Arrangements:
a. The Service Provider assists clients in arranging flights, transportation, and accommodation in India, but does not own or operate any transportation or accommodation services.
b. Clients are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms and conditions of airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers.
5. Payments and Fees:
a. Clients are required to pay for dental treatment, travel expenses, and Service Provider fees as per the agreed-upon terms.
b. Payment terms, including deposits, refunds, and cancellation fees, are outlined in the Service Provider’s payment policy.
6. Liability:
a. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from dental treatment, travel arrangements, or acts of third parties.
b. Clients acknowledge and assume all risks associated with dental tourism, including but not limited to medical risks, travel-related risks, and unforeseen expenses.
7. Confidentiality:
a. The Service Provider will handle all client information with the utmost confidentiality and comply with relevant privacy laws.
b. Clients consent to the collection and use of personal information for the purpose of arranging dental tourism services.
8. Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved amicably through negotiation and, if necessary, through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of Australia.
9. Modification of Terms:
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or through the Service Provider’s website.
10. Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
