Client Engagement Agreement

This Client Engagement Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into on [Date] between Indian Dental Retreat, a company registered under the laws of NSW, Australia, having its principal place of business at 5 Luwasa Place Kellyville, NSW 2155 (hereinafter referred to as “Company”), and [Client Name], residing at [Client Address] (hereinafter referred to as “Client”).

1. Services:

Company agrees to provide dental tourism services to Client, including but not limited to:

  • Facilitating dental treatment arrangements in India, including appointments with dental clinics and specialists.
  • Arranging travel logistics such as flights, accommodation, and local transportation.
  • Providing assistance with visa applications, if required.
  • Coordinating post-treatment care and follow-up appointments.

2. Fees and Payments:

Client agrees to pay Company the agreed-upon fees for the services provided. The fees will be outlined in a separate invoice or price list provided by the Company. Payment terms shall be 50% on the day of signing the contract and 50%, two weeks before departure prior to travel.

3. Travel Arrangements:

Client acknowledges that the Company will arrange travel logistics on their behalf, including/excluding flights, visa, accommodation, and local transportation. Client agrees to provide all necessary information for travel arrangements and to adhere to the travel itinerary provided by the Company.

4. Dental Treatment:

The client acknowledges that the Company will facilitate arrangements for dental treatment in India. The client understands that the actual dental treatment will be provided by independent dental clinics and specialists in India, and the Company is not responsible for the outcome of the treatment.

5. Responsibilities:

  • The company agrees to exercise reasonable care and diligence in providing the agreed-upon services.
  • The client agrees to provide accurate information and documentation required for travel and dental treatment arrangements.
  • The client acknowledges that they are responsible for their own health and well-being during travel and treatment and will adhere to any medical advice provided by healthcare professionals.

6. Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information exchanged during the course of this Agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability:

Client acknowledges that Company’s liability is limited to the facilitation of services outlined in this Agreement and does not extend to the outcome of dental treatment provided by third-party clinics and specialists in India.

8. Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NSW, Australia.
