Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy (the “Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions for cancellation of services provided by Indian Dental Retreat, a company registered under the laws of NSW, Australia, operating as a dental tourism facilitator for clients traveling to India for dental treatment.

1. Cancellation by Client:

a. Client may cancel the booked services by providing written notice to Indian Dental Retreat. The cancellation notice must be sent via email or registered mail and acknowledged by Company.

b. Cancellation fees may apply based on the timing of the cancellation:

  • If cancellation is made four weeks or more prior to the scheduled travel date, Client will receive a full refund minus any non-refundable deposits or expenses incurred by Company.
  • .If cancellation is made less than two weeks prior to the scheduled travel date, Client may forfeit a percentage of the total fees paid, as determined by Company.

2. Cancellation by Company:

a. Company reserves the right to cancel booked services in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Closure or unavailability of dental clinics or specialists in India.
  • Natural disasters, political unrest, or other events that may impact travel safety.
  • Changes in governmental regulations or travel restrictions.

b. In the event of cancellation by Company, Client will be entitled to a full refund of all fees paid for the cancelled services.

3. Refund Process:

a. Refunds will be processed within ten business days of receiving the cancellation notice from Client.

b. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used by Client, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

4. Non-Refundable Expenses:

a. Client acknowledges that certain expenses incurred by Company in connection with the booked services may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Non-refundable deposits paid to dental clinics or specialists for virtual consultation.
  • Non-refundable fees for visa applications or travel bookings.

5. Modification of Services:

a. Client may request modifications to the booked services, subject to availability and approval by Company. Any modifications may be subject to additional fees or charges.

6. Force Majeure:

a. Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Policy to the extent that such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, or natural disasters.

7. Governing Law:

a. This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NSW, Australia.

By signing below, Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Cancellation Policy.
